Box fish growth

Does anyone have an idea of how quickly a box fish grows?? For example if you bought one that was 1" long how long before it gets to 4"??

From what I know, they’re relatively slow growers so I’d guess a few years.

Contemplating getting a little one for my 50g with the idea of rehoming once he gets too big.
