Not intentionally, at least that I’ve seen. But dragging a shell across my acans or GSP is really the opposite of cool!Blue leg hermit, good at picking up left over food, algae and snails... also likes to aggravate corals.

Broadcast mysis once in a while and I make sure that pellets are hitting the sand bed twice a dayThis guy is huge and has a voracious appetite.
How do you manage to keep 10 happy and healthy?
Yes. I haven't seen them eat coral, just really tick them off climbing over top of them. Not intentionally, at least that I’ve seen. But dragging a shell across my acans or GSP is really the opposite of cool!

That may be... if the bottom skeleton looks like it it was cut with a saw, then it's a geoffroy. Radiata detach themselves when mature and naturally sit in the sand, or get blown away in the current. The bottom is concave, like a bowl, and the tissue wraps all the was around the sides to just under the bottom. The skeleton on radiata are also round, where geoffroy tend to be oval.
40b is about the perfect budget tank... pick them up on the $/g sale, drill overflow, or HOB or canister... but the size is amazing. Opens up a ton of medium sized fish and the dimensions are perfect for scaping. You'll have a 40b anyhow in 2 years.
I'm glad you mentioned the skeleton. I'll have a positive ID soon enough. LolThat may be... if the bottom skeleton looks like it it was cut with a saw, then it's a geoffroy.
