Does anyone think it's a good idea for managers to drink with employees on a regular basis?

Depends on the place of employment. In my situation it is a shop full of blue collar guys with a couple of blue collar guys promoted to management so it works. I would think in office settings it may be different.

it was cool, Dad disappeared and was found filling the tank with tap water and assembling.
I bought all the STUFF one would need for a tank. Heater-fixed temp, stick-on thermometer, Bacteria booster, gravel and plastic glow plants, tap-water conditioner, food, Ammonia alert badge, plus 3 glow fish and 2 snails.
It was a hit, Dad was in to it, he had fish when he was little so the bio stuff he needs to pickup, but he will get there.

I actually remember my first one. 1987 it was a 12" cube. The guy at the glass shop said I as and idiot and it would never hold water. Had it until I got married in 1990 and gave it to a friend.

Probably depends on the people more than anything but I have a couple of former managers I consider great friends. We went for drinks often and started traveling together while I was reporting to them. On the flip side Ive had managers invite me for drinks and declined knowing it would only end badly.

@Scurvy already said he's gonna wear them.

Im about a month behind on posts so no idea what i may be wearing but a fresh diaper is always a good idea when puttting on a dry suit...
