Also, if you ever get a chance. look into derby pie. its a chocolate pecan... i still think its gross but people say its great.

Derby pie is ok. We celebrate the Derby every year.

Lemon meringue and key lime are on my top favorites list, pumpkin is better than sweet potato(texture is smoother, dont ask me why) and I dont believe I've ever had a derby pie, but I've made a turtle cheesecake before, which is kinda just pie with cream cheese and pecans and caramel and chocolate...
