Wife makes a butterfinger pie that is awesome. It's basically a bunch of home made whip cream with crunched up butterfinger on a grahm cracker crust and chilled.

there are 2 versions crunchy or soft
The cheese is called "Nabulsi cheese" is similar to mozzarella, we soak it first to remove any salt from it. and the top crust is full of sugar syrup and ghee. it just milts in your mouth.

p.s Nabuls is my home town in Palestine which is famous for Kunafa, Cheese , Olive oil and olive oil soap.
