I never drank coffee until I was 25. My brother worked for a coffee company and my dad developed the brick pack. LoL!

I was up to two pots a day before the stroke. Now it's one travel mug

This is why I am not trying that Death Wish coffee that is so prevalent on here. I like coffee, but don't need the double jolt of caffeine. I believe it advertises it has twice the caffeine of regular coffee. No thanks. I had a series of what were believed to have been minor TIAs early last year and don't want to push the envelope.

Spam!! New additions via aquashella. Going to grab some more in the morning. I spent more money on plants and Hanna instruments then anything. Also daughter got a new frog and everything to go with it.

The girlfriend's Reefer 250 is cycled. 14 days dosing Brightwell Microbacter7. Ammonia source was from dried out uncured rocks. Highest I tested was 2.0ppm but average was 1.0 flat for a week then dropped. Nitrite peaked after ammonia and came down yesterday or today...
