@Hemmdog that would ruin my week knowing they have to do that to my home. Be easier to take a wrecking ball and send it in the path of the pipe. But I’m curious, instead of ripping the house up, why not build a new main around your house? Granted they would build the other first then route lines to your existing ones. But it seems like they are doing this the cheapest way possible for them. Maybe I’m missing something but the damage they will cause your home is almost like a renovation.

That sounds awesome. Like a cigar lounge, but less carcinogens. Is there any possibility of getting laser beams attached to the sharks heads? Dr. Evil style.

I had to pass my old LFS on the way home from work. I stopped almost every day. I wanted to see if anyone brought anything interesting in - and they always had cold beer in the fridge, a really good air conditioner, a big screen TV and a very comfortable sofa. Perfect place to hang out and I took full advantage of it. :)

@Katrina71 sorry for the troubles, glad we can all attempt to make your day better. @Hemmdog that sounds like a nightmare. We have a house we rent out and we are always fighting sewage problems and it’s a massive headache.

As far as fun, we are on our way back from aquashella. Back seat is full of coral, plants, a frog and some other stuff. Stopped in a town about 2 hours from home that has a great LFS/pet store. Grabbed some more plants, and a mandarin. Daughter picked up an angel for her tank.

Been busy with this home plumbing issue. Haven’t had time unfortunately. They are telling us they need to dig a trench through our house and basically redo the whole plumbing to the main sewer system. We would need to stay in a hotel for a week while they work as well, and I guess board the cats and idk about my tanks..They quoted us $35,000 to fix it :mad:;Jawdrop, so I’m trying to work with the HOA to at least help with some of that since this wasn’t caused by us, just a bad plumbing design and old system. It’s really been a nightmare. I’m so tired of driving to Target to go to the bathroom...

We drove up to DC for the cherry blossoms around the tidal basin.
Yesterday was the perfect day for it! Best visit of 3 in the past 20 years.
Lol, so best that this is the year I figured out they are all around the basin and you can actually see blooming trees on the far side of the water. [emoji849]
We can't always go during 'peak bloom'. [emoji23]

Soooo I'm just gonna keep this light and breezy for now. [emoji17]
Not even sure where to begin otherwise. [emoji2113]

Lol it smells like rubbing alcohol and I assume you guys think it smells lovely lol. I have to use it daily (well while at work), but if I get too much of a whiff of it I get light headed from it. I can’t say something is horrible with out trying but I don’t get to so have to ask lol. So when you drink this like in milk or juice do you even taste it or is it masked?

I'm so glad your trip was wonderful! I'm a sucker for trees too. Here, when you time it just right, the trees look like a patchwork quilt in the Fall.
