Brand New 8 gallon bio cube

You guys hold on to that mojo I'm on my way down. I'm thinking a casino.
We have two very large ones here in town. They are here to suck as much money as possible out of Texas (Houston area). We are about 2 hours from Houston. They don't have legalized gambling there. I am smart. I stay the heck away from both of them. :-)

I just did
20190504_172811.jpg
a DIY screen cover using a home depot aluminum frame kit and a clear aquarium mesh. It was about $20 and an hour of work. I have about 4ftx5ft of the clear screen left over if you want to do your own I can send it to you.
The mesh will break down from the salt and lights. You will likely have to replace it after 2-3 years. That's about all I get out of it anyway.

I didn't know that, but that's reasonable. If I have to build a new one every 2 years, I'm good with that. I want to build a cool acrylic frame with the mesh insert in the future anyway.

Great googley moogley.

Heading to Colorado Springs tomorrow for work...anyone been it will be a quick one but any suggestions I’m game!!

Illinois has legalized slot machines. Now they are everywhere. Started out just for food establishments. If you sell a candybar they consider that a food establishment. They are also to suck as much money out of the population as possible

Illinois also has had full-blown boat casinos for about 25 years now.

The one in the second picture that I posted (Lauberge) was built when we had only riverboat gaming. The casino attached to the building actually floats in a very complex manner, but looks nothing like a boat. It was simply not built on dry land, to get around the law at the time. The Golden Nugget was built 10-15 years later and is land based. We also still have one of the original riverboat casinos (Isle of Capri), but the boats are no longer there. There was another one (Players) that had a boat and a floating island (barges), but Hurricane Rita took care of that one in 2005. Left the boat across I-10. Not really thrilled that any of them are here though.

You are the only other person I have ever known that says that! I have no idea where I even got it. We may be siblings.
“Great Googly Moogly!” is a line from the Frank Zappa song “Don’t Eat the Yellow Snow.” Technically, the part about the Eskimo fur trapper entitled, “Nanook Rubs It.” However it seems to originate from a Howlin’ Wolf song called “Goin Down Slow” which Zappa surely heard.

To be clear, they, and most places where this is allowed, are sucking it primarily from the part of the population who can least afford it.

I did NOT watch the Derby. I was watching a movie about the garden designs of Versailles. This is the first one I've missed. I hope I can find the replay.
That sounds like a real edge of your seat kind of flick. Lol

After looking through the coralreeftn website I really like the super fancy clownfish for my daughter, she'll love those. She wants normal ocellaris clowns and those are very close just nicer looking she'll never know the difference.
Great suggestion @dantimdad

I have that place bookmarked as well

I swear by them. Just toured the hatchery again friday and got 4 more fish.

I will be using them almost exclusively for the store. What he doesn't farm, he gets in and quarantines.
