Brand New 8 gallon bio cube

Agree. But its hard to separate if you are promoted and manager over people one hangs out with as well.
No....managers should not drink...lol. Not the best idea to create to much familiarity with co-workers or subordinates. You are their boss not their friend. It makes it harder when you have to be the boss.

Thems the breaks binky! Things change and stepping up to management means change. You can still be yourself but you are now responsible for the crew and it's performance.

It does allow you to drink longer and with out interruptions
Lol!

Former coworker in a dry suit for most of the day. He hated the hassle of getting in and out of the water and the suit to pee.

"2 times ok, not 3"

Does anyone think it's a good idea for managers to drink with employees on a regular basis?

I think not on a regular basis. But it probably depends on the business.

I guess as many as y'all have, it is to be expected.

Ya if I had stopped at 3 they would all be set already!! But heck we had two prior to planning to start. Every time the Army sent us to a new post we would have two more kids. Buy the time of my 4th duty station in a new state we figured it out and I got out!
