Maybe the sleeping part, but haven't been close to a beach. I do have an old hot tub that I also need to clean and use.I guess it's the sleeping in and Mai tais on the beech. Maybe a little golf.
I agreeNeed to start spending more time right here. Just an old tub, but it still works.

yea anything under 20gallon i would get an ATO or a glass top or youll be toping off all the time. not good for swings like statedYou may want to consider an auto top off unit. It mat seem silly for a tiny tank but evaporation can cause swings in your salinity. It's important to keep the environment stable.
Find some build threads for nano tanks and you can see what other people have done.
Glad to see you here. No nasty little fishes here. So sorry you had a bad experience elsewhere. Only love and warmth on R2R...... and don’t be scared. Enjoy it. You’ll make mistakes everyone does. I always say if you don’t make mistakes you never learn anything. Me I’m always learning! Have fun.I am brand new to saltwater. My son got an 8 gallon bio cube. I know this is too small, but I promised I'd try. I have 1 piece of dead coral for decor and that's it. We hope to have 2 tiny fish and maybe 2 shrimp. We also like hermit crabs. What equipment, substrate would you guys suggest? I'd like to use easy (forgiving) live macro algae to help balance this tank. Please be kind with responses. I have been called names elsewhere and was referred here to learn.
