Is it connected via 1LINK or AquaBUS/power supply? Have you tried unplugging and then plugging it back in?

AquaBus cable needs the external power adapter if I recall. Should be plugged into a regular power strip/surge and not a energybar slot (if so leave it always on).

Edit: had to check - sorry.

Use the 1 link cable it comes with if not already. Unless it is an Apex jr. with no eb832. Then as stated before, the aquabus and a 24v adapter are required, and not included.

Ahhhhh I see I got a new dos too and use the 1link for the dos instead of the trident. Thanks guys!
I think the DŌS comes with the power supply you need.

Yeah it does. I just wasn't paying attention and opened everything at once. It's working as it should now. You guys are great!
If you get another 1LINK cable you can link your DOS from the Trident and then ditch the AquaBUS cable and power supply.

What do you guys feel about having the trident auto dose?

And do I need to add a 1link from the trident to the dos to so the one line
