I’m also fairly new to this, but they just look a little stressed which I’ve found to be normal after they’re placed in a new tank. I usually add my fish in the evening so they have all night with the lights off to adjust to their new home and when the lights come on in the morning, they’re a little more settled and can explore their environment more. If you’re worried about the oxygenation of your water, remember that the more surface agitation you have, the more oxygen can get into the water. But they’re not up at the top of the tank trying to gulp the air so as a person who also gets extremely anxious about everything, I can say: stop looking at it, let them do their thing. I totally understand wanting to make sure everything is ok, and it is! If you’re worried, check your parameters, and if they’re all good, then I would recommend not looking at your tank (I know how difficult it is trust me) and just let them settle down a bit. Thank you for the words of wisdom I really appreciate it! I just don’t want them to pass away and it stressed me out but they are getting more and more acclimated to the tank and I haven’t seen fighting between them so hopefully they pair up and have a cool dynamic to watch!
They are intermittently eating. Some days they’ll eat in the morning and not at night and vice versa. Do you think I should get some frozen to see if I can make sure they eat? They have been eating pellets so far.
Its takes them a couple of days to settle in.

Every time I get nervous about stuff in my tank he reminds me not to freak out and to stop looking at it for a couple hours or overnight and usually that solves my problems
