i have a pair of Percs that continue to lay eggs.

Can I leave the adults in with the fry when they hatch? Is connecting a separate tank connected to the main system just for the clowns a good idea? Then they’ll have the same water parameters.

I’ve let some many spawning die off, any help would be awesome!

The fry hatch at night. The clown fish will be asleep and the fry will go down the overflow before the parents wake up.
I do not know what you mean when you say connect a separate tank for clown fish. Please explain

to plumb a tank just for the clowns into the existing system. hooking up anther reef ready tank to the same sump.

Or, whats the best way to hatch out the frye?

The parents can be in a different tank connected with the same system, but not the fry. The fry need to have a tank with zero filtration. other wise it will kill them.
