I removed the large purple rock after finding a small aiptasia on it. My wife hated the rock any way. We replaced it with two dry rocks one of which is a Fuji.

We also added a female emerald crab which has been amazing. No bad traits at all. After coming back from our honey moon our fire shrimp was gone. Still don't know what happened as he was active and healthy before we left.

The tank os going through a small spiroid worm and pineapple sponge bloom. Other than that everything is golden.

I'm still dosing calcium 2ml, amino .5ml daily. ethanol .8ml every 2 days. Alk up every few days. My levels below.

Ammonia .15ppm (I think it spiked after removing the big rock) I reduced feeding to every other day.
Nitrate, Nitrite, phosphate are 0ppm
Ca is 430ppm
Mg is 1320ppm
Kh is 8.3

Hey everybody. I have made a few additions since my last post. I have added a Cali Tort, Bubble Gum Digi, and Meteor Shower. I have better pictures of some of the corals I have added including the Red Dragon, Birds Nest. If I have listed the names then I dont know them and I would LOVE it if you guys could comment with the name/ species. It has been great seeing them all grow.

Decent growth. Added a pink constellation and a hyper pheonix zoas. Battling vermitid snails at the moment. I have my eye on cherry bomb for the next frag. DMV area willing to swap/buy.

Moved the tank about an hour away in october. Still going strong.

Running skimmer only now. Moved the equipment to make a pseudo pennisela tank. Good growth. I have some good pieces from Abe at coral euphoria coming early next month; walt Disney, orange passion, and rainbow milli.

Let me know what you guys think!

Update on Coral Growth.

Ive been slowly mitigating DINOS, GHA, and Vermitids. Nothing too alarming. I can keep it at bay with a little elbow grease.

Im shopping for an upgrade now. I want a ~100 gal peninsula, 48x24x24. I have had rock curing/ cycling for about 3 months now. The current front runner is the 108 INT Corner overflow from FIJI. I will have a solid oak stand made by a local reefer in the DMV (BenA). WAMAS members will know his work. I plan to make my own sump.

Well lets get to the pictures shall we. ;)
