Bristless bristleworm?

Hello

I was changing my scape a bit and found this guy.
He does not appear to have any bristles on him and was real slow to move. I could touch him and he would barely react to me.

What is it?

Amphipod of some type?

It looks more like an earthworm, you can see its second half to the right on the photo
