I purchased a couple corals online for in-store pick up. It seems the order was shipped anyway and just arrived (I didn't even pay for shipping). The corals that were sent are wrong again, which is why I opted in for in store pick up to prevent it from happening again.

I've attached this picture as proof. The ones I received are still for sale on your site. I don't mean to be difficult, and I'm not asking for freebies. I just want the corals that are pictured. I know they may look similar, and I'm probably going to be told they are the same, but I am confident that they are completely different corals.

What is going on over there?
