Brown Jelly or other algae?

Hi guys

I am a bit concerned if this is brown jelly or hopefully its just some sort if other algae.

The coral doesnt look pretty well and I thought its most likely because of po4 and no3 is not detectable.

What would you say?

Should I remove the frag and say its a goner?

not sure the issue from the pics, but if it had brown jelly it should be on the tentacles... not the stalk.

It still has color on head..so its not a goner. Have you tried a dip? Maybe move it to an area with more flow? What type is it?

well, theres nothing on the tentacles so far.. only on the bottom theres this kinda stuf.. first if looked like hair algae / filamentous aglae.. then it changed a bit.. but I tried to grab it with the fingers.. its kinda sticky/jelly (the feeling)..

well, I guess its the lack of po4 in my tank.. the first few days the euphillya looked good.. some say it needs po4 and my po4 in the tank is at undetectable levels..
