Brown slim on acro

I purchased a wild caught tenuis about 2-3 months ago.. noticed it developed a brown slime on its tips and then slowwwwly started dyingg.. i got a second one and it was happy and then noticed the tips develop a brown slime and its spreading on it. All other acros are finee no issues any idea what it is

Phosphates 0.03

can someone help?

Alk of 9.6 with PO4 at .03??

Asking for burnt tips, which is probably what happened here.
