Brown spots on leather

Seems i got an issue... should i just rip it out and throw it away? I have lots of others so im willing to. Will it spread to other corals? What is it??

They kinda of look like flatworms

Those are flatworms and are most likely throughout the tank. Siphon out into a filter sock to catch them and maybe get a appropriate sized wrasse thatll eat them.
