Today while observing my rbta I noticed a brown streak on the underside of one of its tentacles. It is a somewhat new addition at only 3-ish weeks. In the tank I also have 2 mini-maxis and a gbta, but none of them are within 5 inches of the rbta, and all of them look healthy. My black ocellaris clown is also hosting the rbta. I feed it freeze-dried krill roughly twice a week. Is this something I should be worried about?

I wouldnt worry about it. Over all it looks good. Tentacle extension and a nice puckered mouth.
