Had some ato issues recently and the bottom started to bleach. I corrected the problem and it's come back on the bottom. Now the top has what almost looks like brown on it.

Not sure of what it is and next steps?

The brown part is where the tissue peeled off and the dead skeleton was left behind. It's brown because algae is starting to grow on it. That acro is pretty unhappy. You can try to save it by cutting off the dead part.

K. Yep, ato malfunctioned on me dropping salinity to 33ppt then up to 37ppt over 2 day period.

This was it right after it happened. Water changes have helped the bleaching at the bottom come back. Guessing that means algea got the top faster then it came back.

There is no flesh on the bottom either.

I hope it makes it at all. Be very diligent for stability.
If it progresses to lose flesh, I would consider snipping it off the plug, only flesh, snip the tip, again flesh only saving, and mount again. Actually sideways. Nothing to lose.

So the front in the circle is actually new flesh that grew back in. Bottom is getting better. The sides and back are not getting as much light since it's on a stand against the back glass at the moment.

This is the first Pic you submitted.

You can see the flesh line at the bottom, below is dead. Also, the top is algae as stated and also a piece in the middle has algae I circled.
