I have a mixed reef but cant seem to keep sps and its because my alc has swings. What does everyone have there dosers set for on there apex to dose alc is the oscillate the best way. Can I see us of ur commands... My cal is always good it's just my alc

Once you start to dose the Alk, your calcium is going to change, so make sure to watch for it. Also make sure you Mag is at the proper levels.

Attatched images below. I have them setup so that they will never rn at the same time, and if pH goes above 8.5, they will both shut off until it drops below that (which is rarely, but better safe than sorry).

Also, make sure to adjust the dosing time/s, DO NOT use the times I have, since every system is different.

Alkalinity is based from 75 minutes
Calcium is based from 60 minutes

Can u explain the osc I have read it several times but doesn't make much sense (when it turns on and off)

Heres a SS of my set up. This is easy for me so I can make small changes based on the usage of my corals (SPS dominate). I drip the ALK through the night because I have a hard time keeping my PH up when lights are off. My parameters stay pretty close to Ca 440 Alk 11.2 DKH right where I like them.
