BRS poor quality

Hi I wanted to see if others are experiencing this.

Thus far in a handful of orders from BRS I’ve had:

- An RODI filter missing an O ring
- Expired coralline algae
- missing products paid for but not shipped (2)

Personally I don’t have the time or energy to deal with the hassle. I would guess they are getting maybe 60-70% of the orders correct which is a horrible average
