Bought a chalice pack from BSA. Shipment was delayed slightly due to mechanical failure on plane. Received the shipment 1 day late (again, this was a carrier issue). Upon getting my package and checking all frags, i found 2 pieces that didn't look so hot. I let Ben know and send him off some pics. Gave the frags a quick dip and put them in a shadow area with super low flow. Frags didn't make out very well after a few days. All the while, Ben stayed in touch and i gave him updates on the pieces. A few days later, Ben let me know that he would be sending replacements! I have only positive things to say about my experience with BSA. Ben is amazing to deal with, corals come very nicely packed, colors are exactly as pictured. I would recommend BSA an day of the week!! Will be buying more frags soon.
