Recently purchased a few frags from @Chad Chapman, and unfortunately the box was delayed a day due to UPS.
Just wanted to give him a shout out for how he handled the situation, he refunded me once we realized it wasn't showing up on time and stuck in UPS land. The box did finally ship and landed the next day, and while the corals didn't make it, his packaging was excellent. Nicely bagged, foam, carbon, and little plastic cups in the bags to protect the heads.
I will absolutely purchase from him again. Just sucks for everyone when a shipping issue arises.
