They look decent in the protein/fat categories (though a bit high in fat), but I'm not sold on the nutrition of the ingredients (especially of the second pellet there, which has Wheat Flour and Gluten as its second and third ingredients). So, probably not bad food choices, but likely not the best available (I do appreciate the use of cold extrusion on that first pellet though).

My recommendations would be these (for the really long explanation on why, click my username in any of the quotes below):
(I apologize, I haven't looked into frozen algae-heavy feeds enough to have one that I would suggest at this point; I'll have to remedy that):
Frozen (Meaty) - LRS Reef Frenzy, Hikari Mega Marine, then Rod's Original.
Pellets (Meaty) - Otohime, then TDO Chromaboost.
Pellets (Algal) - NLS Marine Fish Pellets (has 8 types of algae and one terrestrial plant).
TLDR: I'd feed a good meaty food (like LRS Reef Frenzy, Hikari Mega Marine, or Rod's Original) and supplement it with some algae (like Nori and/or NLS Marine Fish Pellets) - the more algae species used to supplement, the better.

I looked into the Otohime S1 but not sure I could ever use 2kg before it went bad
How long would vacuumed bagged and frozen portions stay good for use?

I’m not sure, but likely quite some time - they say the pellets have a 1 year shelf life at room temp, and a two year shelf life in “chilled storage,” so I’d imagine vacuum bagging and freezing could probably add another 6-12 months (but I’d suggest asking the company to see if they know for sure).
