Its just a bubbletip anemone, color shouldnt determine price but in this hobby it does. I have seen orders coming in with 20 bubbletips and a few always show up with different patterns but they still cost the same.
That is possibly a yellow green variant. If you feed it and give a good home it will grow and gain color.
