I do not have a PAR meter but watched BRStv video says that with only two Prime 16's the highest PAR you'll get is 187 in the center. Is that sufficient enough for my BTA? When I do a quick search everything is kind of saying that we need minimum PAR of 200. Thoughts?

need more info and still can not give an accurate answer
tank size, height of lights from water, light settings, BTA placement, type of BTA(not sure they really differ in light requirements though etc

I have lots of BTA in my tank and sure I am no where near 200 par on the bottom of the tank, lucky if I am at 100 at the bottom and that is where a lot of mine are at. They will travel and find where they like anyways.

You’re right. I left a lot out, the dimensions on my tank are Length 34.79” Width: 16” Height: 12.99”.
My lights are placed at the 10 inches per BRStv video so the highest par reading in my tank is 187 (based off their video). I’ve read that they’ll “stretch” out towards the light sometimes before they move and mine looked a little thin. Just looking for some more info on them outside of my google searches.

have a picture of the setup?

what are your light setting at?

if you drop the lights a little do you still get decent coverage or do you get shadowing on the edges?

Supposedly these lights have a 24x24 spread. I don't have any first hand with these lights but In my experience you should be able to bring them together a bit and drop them down an inch or two. Just enough to not get spill out of the tank in the 35" dimension. this will significantly raise the PAR in the center of the tank.

at 13" deep I would think you would be higher then 200

You have plenty of PAR for BTAs. They don't "require" anywhere near 200 PAR in my personal experience.

Fair enough. Thanks a bunch!
My bubble tip hasn't moved since I've put it in the tank a week ago but hasn't really "bubbled" up as much I'll tag a photo of it currently

This is what my lights are currently set at for their schedule

I've also been target feeding the bubble tip twice a week with mysis shrimp
