BTA getting white speckles. What it can be?

Hi, I am noticing that my BTA is getting these speckles more and more all over it.

I am attaching pics:

Is that normal? He seems happy and fine.

Just a natural color variation.

Ok, thanks. I feel better. FYI, when I got it a few weeks ago, he only had a few white spots.
