BTA -Have you seen this before ?

We have a lot on BTA's in our tank all from the same original, one has 2 discs connected to each other, 2 functioning mouths and one foot, this is not a recent split the twin is just growing.

We've never seen this before- Is this unusual or has anyone seen this before ?

Ive seen it only once my nem grew a second mouth which grew into 2 almost seperate nems and a couple weeks later finally split....
