It opens up just fine but won't attach to a rock, and it has this webbing beneath the foot. Should I toss it?

I've seen this on another green before. We tried everything including antibiotic treatment and it finally melted away. Maybe you will be more lucky.

Did you get it this way or was his foot damages somehow?

maybe set it where its foot is actually on the rocks?

IDK what the webbing is but that seems like a good idea to me....least over tossing.

It seem to be hurt on the foot while ripmoving.
So I would place it in a lower area or turn waves slower until it starts attaching a bit.

Or it just might don't like the spot. Would not toss it!!!

It's looking for it's sweet spot. It will attach when it finds it. My RBTA used to go floating around many times.
