BTA's Retracted Tentacles

I have a large pair of Picasso Clowns and decided to add a RBTA for them to host. When I added it to the tank, I had to shut off my pumps until it secured itself between the bottom of the tank and the side glass. They took to it after a few days and everything seemed fine for a couple of weeks. Then all the sudden the RBTA retracted it's tentacles. The base is still inflated and securely attached in the same spot and the clowns continue to host, but the tentacles will not extend out. I checked all my parameters, everything is fine. It's in a 30 gal tank lit with power compacts, medium circulation, 78 degrees. Could the Picassos be causing this if they are over-agressively hosting the RBTA? Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I'm sure you light Is not sufficient for the RBTA. Did you can't post your aquarium parameters .KJ

po3=3-0ppm, 3 if I skip a water change.

...and I am installing supplemental LED lighting this weekend thinking lighting was an issue.

What type of supplemental LED lighting are you planning on adding? It still might not be enough light.

36w TrueLumen Strips. These were the lights on the tank they were in @ LFS.
