My little sps frags are turning into big frags and are growing into the crevices of the rock where i have patches of bubble algae. Will this harm the frags? Can SPS grow over bubble algae?

I second thisBased on past experience, SPS will grow over bubble algae. Oddly enough, they both thrive in high light and high flow too. Bubble algae is more of an eye sore and pain to keep in check without draining your reef tank...but it will not harm your SPS
I never thought about that.I would imagine the bubble algae would grow over the SPS first...
I would remove it yes.
Well that's a relief to hear. I have had bubble algae grow on sps before too. Normally those guys are easy to remove though.I second this
