My little sps frags are turning into big frags and are growing into the crevices of the rock where i have patches of bubble algae. Will this harm the frags? Can SPS grow over bubble algae?

Based on past experience, SPS will grow over bubble algae. Oddly enough, they both thrive in high light and high flow too. Bubble algae is more of an eye sore and pain to keep in check without draining your reef tank...but it will not harm your SPS
I second this

Just grow it: Have you ever added CO2 to your reef tank?
