If a bubble and a pearl bubble are in stinging proximity, will they sting each other? I was thinking about consolidating a bit and putting them next to each other.

They are very closely related and shouldn't sting each other. Mine don't. My LFS has several different bubbles right next to each other and I have never noticed any aggression. They are however, highly aggressive to other species and can send out really long sweeper tentacles and deliver potent stings, especially at night.

Love bubbles. Let me second the "how far away from other corals should they be" question.
