Bubble Coral Bailout

I’ve had this bubble coral for 3 + years, and after I came home from a 3 week trip, i realized it hasn’t been opening up as much.

From then, until now, its been about 4 days and the flesh is slowly coming off the skeleton.

All other lps, sps, softies are healthy, however i do have alot of gorgonians and a toadstool so I wonder if it might be chemicals? I am running carbon… and the toadstool is touching my sps
Idk if thats a problem

Update: this morning i did a 15% WC and changed out carbon filter. Seems to be a bit better
