BUBBLE KING-#8 or #9 for 75g (+) ?

I'm interested in the Bubble King skimmer. I'm creating my 75g mixed tank in wall reef again and will be using at least 40g sump plus a refugium. The total number of water is not known yet, but somewhere around 120 ???

According to their information I could use the #8 or #9.

Is the #9 just to powerful to skim my tank well, and not overpower it ?

Yes I believe its to much. I would use the 8. I'm a big believer of smaller skimmers rather than larger ones per gallon. I think they do a better job.

Actually, I just bought a Bubble Magus 9 off-line,... from a seller on ebay. Brand new in box for $300. Like my nephew says,....I'm stoked !

I believe you may have your skimmers mixed up, Bubble King and Bubble Magus are two totally different skimmers. NAC models refer to the Bubble Magus skimmers.

To clarify, I was looking at the Bubble King, but after reading reviews and costs, I found the Bubble Magus for a great price and bought it.
