Bubble Magus Dosing Pump

I have a Bubble Magus dosing pump that has a leak in one of the lines. I tried to replace it with airline tubing, but was not able to pull liquid from the container.

I have not been able to find a replacement line. The only thing I saw was to replace the whole pump head from BRS.

Where can I buy replacement dosing line for this pump?
