Bubble Magus QQ1 protein skimmer

My nano skimmer is producing micro bubbles in my display and has stopped producing skimmate. I do not see any adjustments anywhere. I can't seem to find any information about this issue. Anyone have experienced this and what did you do to get the skimmer producing skimmate again?

Try power cycling it. If that doesn’t work, remove the unit, clean and restart
