Bubble tip anemone dying

Hi, I think my green bubble tip anenome is dying. I would love your feedback. He is relatively new to the tank. I’ve had him about three weeks. He’s never looked really good except for the first day. I got him. My tank levels are all normal. I just checked my ammonia level today. My tank is about 3 1/2 to 4 years old. I currently have two clown fish and one royal Gamma.
