Hi Reef2Reef! I’ve been in the hobby for about 3 years now. Have always been keen to care for a sunburst anemone. I currently have a bubble tip anemone with me now, in my care for about 6 months now! Does anyone know the ID of my bubble tip anemone? Bought it from my lfs which classified it as Chicago sunburst! Photos below!

Purple tips indicate it’s a rainbow

Sunburst morphs don’t have purple tips

Chicago sunbursts can be highly variable in their appearance but they usually have a green streak that is present on the tentacles. Yours does not appear to be a chicago

Ahh… thanks for the responses! It’s so difficult to find an actual sunburst anemone here in Singapore.. :(

I have had my 200g tank for almost 3 years. Lots of LPS corals and clown fish. The bubble tips anemone seem to last for a few months and then die off. Any suggestions?
