Yeah I know how much those go for. Too much! Haha. I've purchased pure yellow ones for under $300. Not sure a rainbow is worth $450. I think sexy corals wants $500 for their splits. I personally consider yellow ones more rare than rainbows.

Well it is all personal opinion and what you like and that is all that matters. I like the yellow ones too, Lemon Drops are hard to come by. Let's see a pic of your pure yellow one :)

I agree that it is personal preference. I propogated my yellow a couple years ago and sold it. There was a short period when a bunch of yellows came into the market. Little did I know they would quickly disappear and never come back as strong. I have no idea what body of water they come from but they are truly amazing.

Ok so let me ask you this. So now that the yellow ones are extremely hard to come by, and you personally like those more than the inferno type. How much would you pay if a true yellow lemon drop came around?

I would pay $350 as long as it wasn't golf ball size. Could be worth more, but that is what I'd pay.

Makcorals. I bought a colorado sunburst from gonzo not long ago and love it. If you could get ahold of a true lemon drop I would definately be willing to pay $350 for it myself and wouldn't mind it being small. my sunburst was tiny and it has tripled in size in just a few months.
