I'm not a believer in any time frame for your tank to run before adding a nem. It really just depends on your experience level as long as you keep good water conditions and adequate lighting you will be ok. I've added bubble tips a month into setting up new tanks and have kept different varieties of nems for 8 years. I think it's better to add them before your coral so they can find a spot they like and you can plan your coral around them.
 
I added my first nem at about 4 months as my 3rd coral. Still strong and as big as ever. Even survived my rookie salt spike.

That's a great looking bubbletip Cal. Is it a named variety like a flame tip?

Was looking for any high end nems and was told it was a sunburst...but didn't matter to me after looking at the picture and was very bright with yellow tip, I had to have it. I plan on collecting them all :pray2:
