Giving it more light will hurt it. Give it less light. Your welcome.
It has positioned itself on the back of a rock on the sand bed. It has been there a long while and has not opened any more than what it has been doing. Should I run the blue lights more or lessen the percentage of the strength like maybe 60%? I have been running the lights at 75%. I have new lights coming hopefully this Wednesday. I can not even take a picture to show you because of where it is at ...
 
It doesn't look good, I would remove it if you have another tank like a quarantine tank. I was told that if an anemone dies it releases toxins and can kill the rest of your tank
 
Good luck, I wish I knew what else to tell you to do. Maybe someone on here will pop up. I am curious also!
