Bubble Tip Anemone Show Off / Eye Candy Thread

Need a little info. I have had this guy for about 8 months now. In 2 different tanks. I got him for free at a lfs because we thought it was dieing. And i was jist planning on seeing if it would stay put for the place my next anemone. But he is eating great and has been growing. Dont get me wrong i love the white but i jave never seen a white anemone. Am i just getting really lucky with a bleached nem. Or did i just get a cool bubble for free.

Keep feeding it. A white nem is a bleached nem. It should color back up if it's growing.

Thats what i figured. It is eating great. And my maroon will go in from time to time. When not in my other nems.

Not going to lie. Kinda dont want it to color up. The blue/white hue it has just glows in my tank.

Here's one I traded for a few weeks ago, was told it's a day glow anemone? Can anyone confirm or identify what it actually is? It's more orange than the picture really shows

Looks like a rainbow to me... all these color variants with the goofy names... I can understand changing the name for a significant difference in color, like the yellow ones or speckled... but a rainbow is a rainbow...

Second is same lights no filter
Third is all 8x54 w T5's with led no filter

Hey guys I know this is a little bit off topic but was wondering about my powerhead it's a hydor nano and I wanted to get a rose bubble tip the slots on my powerhead and pretty small but wasn't sure if he could still get sucked into it I can post a picutre of the power head if needed

Three short answer is yes, it can get sucked in. Having no bones they can squeeze through very tiny spaces

I started out almost 2 years ago with three very bleached anemones. The first picture is AFTER he started to develop some color! That's how bleached they were. Now I have 14 beautiful, seemingly happy anemones.
