For the past week my anenome has not been filling opening and most of her tips stay inserted. Please look at her and give me some idea

My pH, Amonia, nitrates and nitrites are fine.

Tank has been up and running for 3 months.

Your tank is way to young for a nem.
Can you return it ?
What are your parameters?
What lighting?

The only info you gave that gives me anything to go by would be 3 months running, which typically is too soon to add any nem as you need pretty good stability, that's usually at 6 months or better.

"Fine" does not give much to go by for params, so hard to say much anything else except maybe it's shading from stronger lights than what it was under...maybe

Not enough info provided to give any sort of guess to what's going on. It looks more like an unhealthy Crispa than a BTA imo.

My husband says it is a seabay
Sebay anenone, not bubble Tip. Sorry.

The levels of fine is all I have know because I am going by the color of the testers, can not give accurate number readings.

Not really normal no, but stress in a too new tank maybe typical

It's hard to judge anything based on history of the animal as there has not been much so far.

Your tank is still shifting in params, the animal will respond accordingly.

The issue right now is your tank was just not really ready for any anemone just yet.

Hard to say where it goes from here.
