I have a bubble tip nem that came with the tank it was bleached when I got it and it has been slowly recovering. It however is not fully recovered the tissue although improved in pigment is still very pale/clear. This past month it has split twice I am concerned because I know this can be due to stress. Tank parameters have been consistent for the past three months. I am not chasing any specific parameters I just look for consistency. All other corals are happy and growing any idea as to what could be stressing out the nem. I have a pair of clowns but they host my yuma mushroom they do not go near the now 3 nems.

Tank parameters. I know there is a margin of error for tests I use salifert for all test except nitrate. Nitrate is API I know they are not trustworthy looking into other options for nitrate tests.
Alk 9.3
Cal 490
Mag1440
Nitrate 5
Pho .03

Picture is from today. Thank you everyone! :)

I think you are fine. Better that he splits then to have a nem that is 18" across and takes 1/2 of a 120 gal.
Clown will host in one sooner or later when they are ready. If you get more nems then you want sell to local reefers. they are a good way to pay for supplies/food, etc...

Nope.
"Wild stab" = How do you top off the tank for evaporation?

Your post left a lot of questions that could help with the discussion:

How long has the tank been set up at your place?
What lights are you burning?
What do you feed the clownfish
How often do you change water? How much each time (% of tank water total?)
How do you keep other parameters stable beside water change?

I have a tunze nano ATO so I do not know exactly how many times a day it tops off. I go through about a gallon of RO water every 5-6 days.
The tank has been setup at my place for a solid 4 months.
I have AI prime hd
The clowns get a variation of hikari marine s, hikari frozen mysis and once a week I feed the tank coral frenzy.
Water changes are every 10 days roughly 20% of water volume
The only dosing I do is red sea foundation b to maintain alk I do not have enough consumption that requires any other dosing.
