So my rbta has been losing his tentacles recently. He eats sometimes, but most of the times can't hold onto the food since the tentacles are almost gone. I've always fed it 1-3x a week depends on how often I'm home. But it seems to be getting worse.
IT recently moved from the spot it has been for over a year and it out of direct flow, it was basically blasted for about 3 months by the power head on the other side of tank. It has great lighting (AI prime x2) and the tentacles it has are like 1cm 2cm at most.

I've tested the water today it was

alk 8.1
calc 430
NO3 10-20 api test kit my red sea is out.
Phosphate <.1
SG is 1.025
Temp 77-78

Can’t tell much from the photo. The mouth looks ok as best as I can tell. It looks small. A better photo would help a lot. I have had mine lose tenticals before, but they looked fine otherwise. They have not done it in a long time. I would not trust API test kits myself. You should not need to feed your anemone really. What are you feeding it? How are your other corals doing? I would check for electric current in the tank and all magnets.
I don’t know anything about that light, but what intensity do you have it at? Anemones like a lot of light.

With high flow the nems can loose tentacles. Has it gotten worse, stayed the same or gotten better ?
Nothing wrong with feeding the nems. Lots of people feed including me but those API test kits aren’t reliable and are sometimes inaccurate

It’s good that it hasn’t gotten worse but I would just keep doing feedings.
