I took my tricolor bta out of its nem cup for final positioning in the tank, but the Wiley sucker did not like me moving him and quickly moved off the small rock he was attached to and is now in the back of the tank in the shade. Clearly he can’t get light this way, and it hasn’t moved either. Do I need to intervene or let him decide he’d like to live? Photo is of the nem before relocation.

In the words of the decades old Chiffon Margarine tv adds, "It's not nice to fool Mother Nature!" The BTA will keep moving around until it is happy as a clam. And just when you think it has found its forever home it'll move again.
