bubble tip nems tenticles tips breaking off

I recently got a huge Sherman BTA for 80$ its being hosted by a maroon clown. The anenome itself looks nice and the mouth isn't gaping. I have alot of coral in my tank, and it stung an acan, I also saw a piece of tentacle deep inside a branching frogspawn next to it probly stung it. But I came home today and saw 4 pieces of tips of tenticles on the ground. next to the nem. The clown has been sucking on the tentacles for its mucous immunity.

It is in a low spot of flow in my tank. I've been contemplating moving it to better flow, but the guy who sold it to me says it looks healthy
For size reference, its body without the tentacles is like 8-10inches wide.
It also has what looks to be a small mouth growing next to its mouth I'll send all pics below
. Parameters are all normal except my PO4, which is a tad high at like .16,
